Account Manager/Sales Engineer | Hercules Incorporated | Pt. Hueneme, CA As a Sales Engineer, you will play a significant role in realizing the long-term growth potential of the California Sales Team. Your success is dependent on your ability to maintain current business and capture several opportunities. To excel in this position, you must share the Hercules safety and customer service philosophies and our commitment to exceed the customers needs. Experience with Process and Function chemistries is necessary. Experience with Utilities would be beneficial, but not a must. The residence location for this position is in the Pt. Hueneme, CA area. Candidates should possess a BS in Chemical Engineering, Pulp and Paper, Chemistry or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of chemical sales or chemical technical service experience in the Pulp and Paper Industry. The candidate must possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills. Day to day duties would consist of managing the performance of our products and services, selling new applications, and troubleshooting problems.
